The story of this preparation
I had leftover farmer's cheese from making varenyky for Christmas.
Last year I made cheesecake from a Ukrainian cookbook, but I didn't like that style of cheesecake very much so I looked for other things to do with the cheese. I tried these pancakes, and they turned out well. I'll try it again next year.
