Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 20, 2026

Evercooked is built to help cooks preserve dishes, preparations, and cooking memories. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us with privacy requests.

What we collect

  • Account data: email address, password hash, display name, and optional profile photo.
  • Content you create: preparations, dishes you add through preparation flow, meal logs, occasions, and notes you submit.
  • Technical data: request logs, browser/device details, and a browser time-zone cookie used to render date-aware views.
  • Measurement data: basic analytics events through Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager.

How we use data

  • To run the app and save your cooking records.
  • To secure accounts and prevent abuse.
  • To understand product usage and improve reliability.
  • To respond to support and privacy requests.

Service operations and support access

Authorized Evercooked administrators may access account information and user-submitted content when necessary to operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, support, or moderate the service. We limit this access to legitimate operational needs.

Analytics and cookies

Evercooked may use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager for basic measurement only.

  • We do not add advertising pixels or remarketing tags.
  • We do not add Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or similar behavioral advertising tags.
  • No cookie consent banner is implemented.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers only as needed to operate Evercooked (for example hosting, email, and analytics infrastructure).

We retain data while accounts remain active and as needed for operational, security, and legal purposes. Self-serve permanent account deletion is temporarily unavailable during a database compatibility rollout; use the Privacy Requests page for deletion questions.

Privacy requests
